Keneish Dance - Balance | Saturday 8th July, 11.30am workshop & 3:45pm performance

Resonate Festival, University of Warwick

Keneish Dance will be at Resonate Festival this Saturday, running a family dance workshop and sharing the work-in-progress of Balance – a dance-science spectacular exploring the mechanics and behaviour of regenerating cells.

Balance is available to book for festivals and public spaces in 2024 and 2025. Contact [email protected]

Hoopla! at KHARnival | Sunday 16th July, 12pm

KHARnival, Highbury Orchard, Birmingham

Cloud Cuckoo Land's Hoopla! project will kick off at KHARnival with performances and a music jam workshop, before delivering a series of music and theatre workshops over the summer with newly arrived refugee and migrant families at Birmingham Settlement's newly developed Selwyn Road Playing Field site (we're very excited about their new ampitheatre!) Blue Cat Cabaret  | Wednesday 19th July, 6:30pm 

The Buttermarket, Shrewsbury

An incredible inclusive accessible variety night, featuring music, dance and theatre performances from Arty Party's very own groups, and a disco with DJ Gemima to round out the night!

After-school Party | Friday 21st July, 3:30pm 

Bilbrook Village Hall, Wolverhampton

Come to dance and get creative with your children, and get lost in play together. Tuck shop provided, outer-space and alien themed crafts, fancy dress optional!

Babies' Adventures in Music | Friday 28th July, 11am & 1:30pm 

Midlands Arts Centre, Birmingham

Start the summer holidays with a beautiful baby-focused music experience at the Midlands Arts Centre. Expect songs from around the world in the calm and cool theatre space. Older siblings also welcome.

Insect Planet  | Saturday 5th August, 11am-3pm

Barber Institute, Birmingham

This interactive creative play walkabout experience features Cloud Cuckoo Land Theatre’s strolling ensemble of interactive performers and musicians. Fly away into outer space on a voyage into your creepiest, crawliest dreams, as you create a planet populated only by insects.

Same Difference Festival | Sunday 13th August

Newhampton Arts Centre (NAC), Wolverhampton

We are collaborating with Cloud Cuckoo Land Theatre to create an immersive inclusive accessible sensory sea-themed creative experience at NAC as part of the Same Difference youth arts festival. We are still finalising details so watch this space and keep an eye on NAC's website for information on how to book coming soon.

West Park, Wolverhampton

There will also be loads happening at the West Park festival site. Get your free ticket and enjoy music from local bands, open mic, drop in creative arts and music workshops – in a day shaped and set by the Wolves CEP's own board of 11-18 year olds producers.

Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme in Wolverhampton

We're really excited to be delivering creative activities at Wednesfield Community Centre as part of the Wolverhampton HAF programme this summer.
