Volunteering & Traineeships

We aim to support and develop new talent in the arts, and give people opportunities to gain experience in producing and managing events and projects.

We often provide placement, traineeship or internship roles within our projects to provide practical paid work experience for people wishing to develop their career in the arts, often with a focus on producing.

Where appropriate, we will offer short unpaid work-experience opportunities - normally for those in education, in partnership with colleges and universities, in connection with a specific course or module.  Please note we will never offer unpaid internships or apprenticeships.

We do offer volunteering opportunities as part of our bigger projects, often stewarding roles at festivals and events. We recognise the value of volunteering to both the individuals and the company. We will always provide appropriate training and briefings and pay travel expenses for volunteers.
